The 90-Minute Read. We read your situation. You walk away with tools for the week ahead.
A 1:1 product inside the Anatomy of Delivering HR™ framework
However you got here — a post that named something, a workbook you finished, a season of paying closer attention — you've done the seeing. You have words now for what you couldn't name before.
And then Monday comes. You're back in the same conference room with the same dysfunctional leader, holding all this awareness and no idea what to actually do with it.
Awareness is the first half of the work. Application is the second half. And application is where most HR practitioners go it alone — and quietly lose the momentum they just built.
The 90-Minute Read is for that gap. The space between what you've come to see — about yourself, about your environment, about the work — and what to actually do with it on Monday morning.
It's a structured 1:1 read of your specific situation. Not a course. Not a coaching engagement. One read, one report, one clear next step. So you stop carrying awareness like a weight, and start using it like a tool.
Some HR practitioners need this. Some don't. Both are valid.
HR generalists, HRBPs, HR managers, HR leaders. The pressure is real. The pattern is fuzzy.
You've been telling yourself it's just a hard week. It's been a hard year.
You've been doing the inner work. You have language now for what you couldn't name before. And you're ready to take that language and apply it to your actual situation — with someone who can read it back to you through structure.
This is not therapy. This is not a long coaching engagement. This will not tell you what to do about your job, your boss, or your organization — those decisions belong to you.
It will not surface every pattern. Some only show up over time. The report names this clearly.
It is one structured read. A clear next step. An artifact you can keep, reference, and act on.
Every HR delivery has eight elements. Whether you've named them or not, they're operating in the background of every conversation, decision, and interaction. When delivery breaks, the break is in one of these eight.
Who you are before you walk in.
What level the org operates at.
Where trust is broken — and where it isn't.
Law, Morality, or Identity. The register.
Why HR exists in this business.
Who you're actually serving.
Do it for, with, or equip them to.
Where your responsibility ends.
In your Read, we don't cover all eight. We pinpoint the three that are loudest in your specific situation — and we go deep there.
A real diagnostic with a real artifact. About two hours of your time, total — and a written report you'll reference long after.
Once your booking is confirmed, you receive an intake link. Three written prompts plus an optional voice note. You submit your responses at least 48 hours before our first session.
You might wonder — if we're going to talk about all this on Saturday, why write it down now? Because reading your intake ahead of time means I come into Session 1 already knowing the shape of what you're carrying. We don't spend the first 20 minutes catching up. We spend the full hour going deeper — me asking questions, probing the places that need more light, listening for what's underneath what you wrote.
You talk. I listen. Session 1 is held on Saturday — the day reserved for the deeper listening work. Some clients use the full hour; some don't. Either is fine. I'm reading your situation through the eight elements of the framework in the background, but the time is yours. We close with my read on the three elements I'll focus your report on.
This is the part most people don't expect. You receive an actual written report — not just session notes. It names your lean (cultural or structural), your top three priority elements, three specific Monday-morning action items, and a recommended next step. It's yours to keep, reference, and share.
We walk through the report together. Session 2 is held during the week, so your insights and action items land while the work is fresh — not a full week later. I reveal what surfaced and walk you through each action item in real time. You ask questions. I clarify anything that needs clarifying. You receive the written copy immediately after — and you leave with a clear direction.
This isn't a session you can't reference next week. You leave with a written report and the language to do something with it.
Cultural lean or structural lean. The clarity of knowing which side of the framework your pain actually lives on. Most HR practitioners assume their friction is one or the other — but until someone names it for you, you're treating cultural problems with structural fixes (or the reverse) and wondering why nothing changes.
Out of the eight elements in the framework, the ones actually moving the needle in your situation. Primary, secondary, tertiary. The urgent break, the contributing factor, the underlying condition. Prioritized — not just listed.
Pocket-sized tools you can use this week. Not "build awareness" or "set boundaries." Specific moves with specific language, available to you inside whatever system you're in right now. So Monday doesn't have to be scary.
The vocabulary to name what's happening. "I'm operating in a Level 1 culture without the trust level to deliver." That sentence alone changes the week ahead. You leave with words for what you've been feeling.
Cultural lean → The Human Work of HR™ Advisory. Structural lean → Business of HR™. Or self-directed if you have what you need. No pressure. The report points you where the report points you.
Yours to keep. Reference it. Share it with a coach, a therapist, a trusted friend. The artifact extends the value of our two sessions far beyond the time we spend together — and gives you a structure to return to when the noise gets loud again.
The lean determines the path. Honest. No pressure. Some walk away ready to go deeper. Some sit with what they have. Both are valid.
When the primary breaks live in Self-Awareness, Culture Level, Trust Level, or Language.
The deeper inner work. Pulls from Toxic Culture Pyramid™, PEM Method™, and 3C Grid™ to repair what's underneath the surface friction.
When the primary breaks live in Purpose, Customer, or Delivery.
The structural blueprint. The 6 Mindset Shifts applied to your specific role and organization. Builds the delivery infrastructure that's missing.
When you have what you need from the report.
Work the action items. Sit with the questions. Return when and if you're ready. Some seeds sprout in 90 days. Some in two years. Both are valid.
Most of my work until now has been with organizations — building HR systems and frameworks from the ground up. The 90-Minute Read is the first product I built specifically for individual HR practitioners.
Because the truth is, the work I've been doing with organizations is the same work HR practitioners need on themselves. Nobody was packaging it that way. So I'm packaging it.
The methodology is solid. I've been applying these elements with clients for years. Every Read is a structured diagnostic of your specific situation — run through a framework I've spent two decades building, delivered with a written artifact you keep.
If that feels right to you, I'd be honored to read your situation.
Includes pre-work intake, both sessions, and your custom written report.
Session 1 Saturdays · Session 2 weekdays
Will we cover the same ground I wrote about in my intake?
Yes, but not in the way you might think. Your intake gives me the map before we meet — the shape of what you're carrying, the specifics of your situation, the patterns you've noticed. I read it carefully before our session. That means Saturday isn't about catching me up. It's about going deeper. I'll ask questions about what you wrote, probe the places that need more light, and listen for what's underneath. You don't need to repeat your intake to me. You need to talk it through with me — which is different work.
Why isn't this a free discovery call?
Because the work isn't free. The pre-work review, the listening session, the written report, the walkthrough — that's a structured read of your specific situation, not a sales conversation. The price reflects what you actually receive: a custom artifact, specific action items, and a named direction.
Will you tell me what to do about my job?
No. You won't get advice on whether to stay, leave, or escalate. Those decisions belong to you. What you'll get is a clearer read on what's actually happening — so when you make your decisions, they're informed by structure, not just survival mode.
What if I'm not sure which deeper program is right for me?
That's exactly what The 90-Minute Read is designed to figure out. Your report names whether your situation leans cultural (The Human Work of HR™) or structural (Business of HR™). You leave knowing — instead of guessing.
What if I'm not ready to go deeper after the Read?
That's also valid. The Read is complete on its own. Some people walk away with what they need. Some sit with the report for months before they're ready for more. There's no pressure attached to the next step — it's offered, not pushed.
Can I share the report with someone else?
Yes. The report is yours. People share it with coaches, therapists, mentors, sometimes a trusted friend or family member. The framework language gives them a way into your situation that "I'm having a hard time at work" never could.
One read. One report. A clear path forward — whether that's deeper work with me, or simply Monday morning with new tools in your pocket.
